IT Change Manager

PROJECT INFORMATION:

  • Location: Gdynia
  • Business trips: Occasional trips to Denmark/Finland/Sweden.
  • Project language: English (required), Polish.
  • Project length: +6 months with extension.
  • Remuneration: to negotiate.
  • Assignment type: B2B.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as second level support for stakeholders and secure delivery of accurate solutions and feedback to requester to ensure high availability for customers.
  • Actively participate in execution, analysing and proactive improvement of processes to contribute to optimal service performance and to enforce stable and robust IT deliveries belongs to the Change Management team.
  • Reports to Process Managers in Change Management.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the process.
  • Collects feedback on the process (e.g. covering process flow, available instructions, tools and training) and suggest improvements the processes.
  • Archiving and updating of operational documentation and procedures for our processes.
  • Follows up on KPI’s for the process and report to Process Manager.
  • Represent Operations in the governance of the process
  • Communicates with our teams all changes to our processes and update training material
  • Educates new staff on our processes

As IT Change Manager:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing and assessing the overall quality of specific change requests.
  • Ensure all changes being introduced to the production environment have been sufficiently examined or tested whenever possible and approved by the proper personnel before the change is implemented.
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts in the forward schedule of changes and support our Change Advisory Board activities.
  • Holding training.
  • Follows up on KPI’s for the process and report to the Process Manager.
  • Actively participate in execution, analysing and proactive improvement of processes to contribute to optimal service performance and to enforce stable and robust IT deliveries.
  • Be responsible for own development and build on own skills and capabilities with enthusiasm and drive, necessary to achieve satisfying results.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong experience as IT Change Manager.
  • Experience in banking area - nice to have
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
