BizTalk Specialist

PROJECT INFORMATION:
  • Industry: Finance / IT.
  • Type of project: Migration/Maitenance.
  • Details: Management and maintenance of the Biztalk environment.
  • Location: Dublin.
  • Business trips: No (could be necessary to visit Client’s office once at the beginning of the project).
  • Remote work: Yes.
  • Project language: English (required).
  • Remuneration: up to 240 PLN/h + VAT.
  • Project length: 2-4 months.
  • Start: ASAP.
  • Assignment type: B2B.

PROJECT SCOPE:
  • Migration from BizTalk Server 2013 to BizTalk Server 2016.
  • Management and maintenance of the BizTalk environment.
  • Understand high level business requirements and produce technical specifications, designs, architecture input, and ultimately code.
  • Develop accurate time-estimates for work assignments and oversee those provided by other developers on your team.
  • Development of production quality code and the design and development of unit tests.
  • Participate in product requirement and design reviews.
  • Work independently with other Developers, Product Managers and an Architectural Lead.
  • Ensure highest level of technical quality, security, scalability, interoperability and stability in all products that are developed.
  • Investigate, analyse and document reported defects.
  • Respond to user support requests and issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 5 years of experience working with BizTalk Server 2010, 2013 or 2016.
  • 3 years of experience working with C# using .Net Framework 4.6 or .Net Core.
  • Experience working with complex, high-transactional product integration or APIs in an AGILE environment is highly desirable
  • Exposure to other Microsoft technologies (WCF, MVC, Entity Framework, BizTalk, FIM/MIM, MSMQ, ADFS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience working with SQL Server 2016+.
  • Focused on delivering quality software by using unit testing, pull requests and code reviews. Experienced with Git. Azure DevOps experience is a bonus.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Being comfortable working with a globally distributed team environment is required.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements, working closely with business analysts to drive out the details of requirements.
  • Ability to produce maintainable, scalable, developer tested solutions, to contribute to and adhere to development standards and good practice.
  • Expertise in problem solving and debugging complex systems.
  • Patient, flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
  • A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
  • Ability to work well within a team or alone.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal hands-on management.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills.
